So, lace up your sneakers and get ready to breathe new life into your fitness routines — with the best tech, home gym equipment and more finds that will make integrating fitness into your everyday easier.

Best fitness tech finds according to Ally Love

Fitdays Smart Body Tape Measure

Keep track of any transformation with the help of this smart tape measure. It connects to your phone to show you results on growing muscles, weight loss and more.

The brand says users employ the use of this tape measure to track the size of biceps or waists, to track "pregnancy progress" and more. Plus, it can be used for non-fitness purposes as well, like to measure the length of shipping boxes.

Tangram Factory SmartRope Rookie Donut

While jump ropes are pretty elementary, this one takes cardio to the next level. Not only is it portable, meaning you can take it from your home gym to the hotel exercise room, but it syncs up to your smartphone — tracking everything from jump count to calories burned.

Omorpho G-Vest

This 5-lb. vest is the key to getting fitter and faster, according to Love. Wearing a weighted vest during any workout — running, cycling, weightlifting, etc. — boasts benefits beyond what you're already doing.

It can help to improve balance and stability, increase muscle mass and bone density, while also remaining joint-friendly.

Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells

These space-saving dumbbells are a great addition to any home gym. Pick between five and 52.5 pounds, without the need for multiple dumbbells. Simply pick your desired weight with the switch of a dial, and workout while following guides on the brands app.

Oura Ring 4

Have you debated investing in a fitness tracker? With so many brands offering smart watches, rings and more on the market, it's hard to know which one is best for you.

Our editors prefer the Oura Ring for its habit-tracking capabilities and its expansive data library, sharing insights into energy levels, period cycle tracking and overall wellness as a whole. Plus, it looks more chic compared to bulky smart watches.

Calpak Water Bottle Holder

Like a lunchbox, but for a water bottle, glass of wine, or baby bottles, this pick will make transporting a breeze. It's made up of a water-resistant and insulated interior, that keeps beverages at "the perfect temperature," according to the brand.

Plus, it has a drawstring that allows you to cinch it closed, as well as multiple ways to carry it, whether you want to drape it across your body or clutch it in your hands.

Home gym equipment seen on 3rd Hour of TODAY

To share her favorite finds for building a simple home gym, fitness expert Alyssa Sparacino stopped by Studio 1A with plenty of ideas. From a smart, cordless jump rope you can use in small spaces to anti-slip pads that can help cushion your wrists and knees, there’s a fitness essential for everyone on this list.

And the best part? You don’t even have to leave the house! With the wealth of stellar fitness products on the market today, you can get a great workout from the comfort of your own home.

Zealtop Yoga Knee Pad Cushions

Anyone who has knee or wrist pain might benefit from these cushions, which come in a pack of two. They feature an anti-slip bottom so they won’t move during downward dogs or lunges, Sparacino says, and they can even be used as extra padding when you’re cleaning or doing chores around the house.

Renranring Resistance Bands

Sparacino thinks that resistance bands belong in everyone’s home gym, no matter what fitness level or type of workouts you enjoy doing. This set of three resistance bands spans from four to 19 feet in length, giving you plenty of options for working out, stretching and physical therapy.

Henkelion Weighted Vest

Looking for a simple way to up the ante of your at-home workouts? Sparacino suggests adding a little more resistance and weight, which you can do with this weighted vest that sits comfortably over your activewear and doesn't strain your back or shoulders. These start at four pounds and go up to 12 pounds, so you can choose the best weight for you.

Sdoap Wrist Ankle Weights

Ankle and wrist weights work the same way, Sparacino says — they offer that little extra "oomph" to pump up the burn of bodyweight exercises. While these are only two pounds, which might not sound like much, you'll certainly feel the difference when you wear them through an entire workout. You can even throw these on when shopping or running errands to squeeze a workout into your everyday routine!

Tangram SmartRope Donut

Jumping rope provides a fun workout, but Sparacino says it actually burns roughly double the calories of walking, depending on your intensity and body weight! While using a regular jump rope indoors can be difficult given space constraints, this neat option is cordless. It works by attaching weighted donuts (sold separately) to the handles to mimic the feeling of a real rope, without the length. You can even track your jumps and set goals in the app.

Gaiam Mini Ab Ball

This little ball packs a big punch. If you've ever taken pilates or a similar style of class, you might already know that a nine-inch ball like this can strengthen your abs, glutes, arms and inner thighs, Sparacino says. Plus, it comes with an exercise guide to give you plenty of workout ideas.

Therabody Theragun Mini

Recovery is just as important as the workout, Sparacino says! The small-but-mighty handheld massage gun is a fast favorite, winning an award in the Start TODAY x Shop TODAY Wellness Awards.

"I've found that the Theragun massager gives instant relief to tension and discomfort while decreasing muscle soreness," Sparacino reports. "There are three massage speeds and three attachments to target large and small muscles." Plus, you can now get 25% off when you use the code TODAY at checkout.
